Terms of Service

All goods and prints are made to order. The Customer places an order by adding the desired Goods to the "shopping basket" and by indicating his/her name, address, telephone number, e-mail address, method of payment and delivery. 

After the invoice is paid, we start producing the item you have selected.

Manufacturing of the goods may take 5-10 working days. 5 days delivery for t-shirts and till 10 working days takes preparation for other garments. Some of the items are ready to be shipped straight away. In case of questions or  if you need faster delivery, please, don’t hesitate to contact us.

You have the right to return the received item to us within 14 days of receipt to the address Daugavas iela 70, Skrīveri, Skrīveru district, LV-5125 or to Skriver's Top Omniva package.. If you want to do so, please before contact us.

The Customer has the right to withdraw from the ordered Goods within 14 days of receipt. The return of the Goods is only possible if the Goods have retained their external appearance, consumer characteristics, original packaging and labelling.

According to the Consumer Rights Protection Act, the Seller has the right to refuse to take back the Goods from the Customer if the Goods were not returned in their original packaging, the packaging is seriously damaged, there are slight signs of use.

The Customer shall have the right to refuse the Goods ordered if they are found to be defective. When returning the Goods, the Customer may exchange them for similar Goods or receive a refund. The Seller shall bear the costs of delivery in the event of an industrial defect in the Goods. If you choose to receive a refund, it will be credited to the account from which the purchase was made within 15 working days of receipt of the Goods back from the Seller.

The Seller reserves the right not to change or refund the amount paid for customised goods and orders.

GIFT CARD

Gift card - a card in a polygraphic format designed by RADADA with a specific card authorization code. Validity period - 6 (six) month period, counting from the Gift Card the date of issue, on which the User may use the Gift Card when making the Purchase. The validity period of the Gift Card is indicated on the Gift Card and it is valid For making purchases from the moment it is issued to the Buyer. Gift card amount - the amount of money indicated on the Gift card, which The User may pay for the Purchases. The amount of the gift card is indicated on the Gift Card.

A gift card is considered invalid when the expiration date indicated on the gift card has expired
