We have a 14-day return/ exchange policy.

The product must be in its new condition with all tags attached. If the returned product/products are dirty (make-up) or damaged we will not refund you the purchase amount. We will also not accept any garments that show visible signs of having been worn prior to being returned.
According to the Consumer Rights Protection Act, the Seller has the right to refuse to take back the Goods from the Customer if the Goods were not returned in their original packaging, the packaging is seriously damaged, there are slight signs of use.
The return shipping cost is on your behalf.
You have the right to return the received item to us within 14 days of receipt to the address Daugavas iela 70, Skrīveri, Skrīveru district, LV-5125 or to Skriver's Top Omniva package.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged!

If your return is accepted, you will get instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If you choose to receive a refund, it will be credited to the account from which the purchase was made within 15 working days of receipt of the Goods back from the Seller.
Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
