TEXTILE PRINTING WORKSHOP

Step inside the RADADA studio, discover the art of screen printing and create something of your own.

Join us for a creative textile printing workshop at the RADADA studio in Skrīveri, Latvia – the place where our garments and hand-printed designs come to life.

During the workshop, we’ll introduce you to our studio, tell you a little about RADADA and show you how screen printing works and what it takes to turn a design into a beautiful print on fabric.

And then comes the most exciting part – it’s your turn to try!

Each participant will have the opportunity to hand-print their own fabric tote bag using the screen-printing technique, choosing from a selection of original RADADA designs.

No previous experience is needed – we’ll guide you through the whole process. And, of course, the bag is yours to take home. Keep it for yourself or give it to someone special – either way, it will be unique because you printed it yourself.

Over the years, our studio has welcomed all kinds of creative visitors – families, school groups from grades 1–12, work teams, seniors, bachelorette parties and tourist groups from abroad.

So whether you’re coming with friends, colleagues, family or as part of a larger group, you’re very welcome to experience the creative atmosphere of RADADA and make something together.

PRICES

Weekdays – €10 / person
Minimum workshop fee – €80.

Saturdays – €15 / person
Minimum workshop fee – €120.

PRACTICAL INFORMATION

Workshop duration: up to 1.5 hours, depending on the size of the group and how creative everyone gets!

Group size: up to 20 people can comfortably take part at the same time. For larger groups, we recommend splitting participants into two groups so that everyone has enough space to create and can receive individual guidance.

If your group needs to be divided, we’ll be happy to suggest things for the other half of the group to see or do in Skrīveri and the surrounding area while they wait.

Languages: workshops are available in Latvian and English, and in German upon prior request.

WORKSHOP + CELEBRATION

Want to combine your creative experience with a special occasion?

The workshop can also be combined with a celebration at the RADADA studio – a birthday, anniversary, get-together with friends or family, team event or simply an occasion to spend some quality time together.

Your celebration can take place alongside the workshop and continue afterwards. You are welcome to bring your own snacks, drinks and cake and enjoy some extra time together at our studio.

Studio space for celebrations – additional €30 / hour.

It’s a lovely way to combine creativity, time together and celebration – and everyone gets to take home their own hand-printed tote bag as a memory of the experience.
